Beginning in 2014, our team provided exclusive support to Weissberg Investment Corp (WIC) in the operations of its real estate investment portfolio. Recognizing the opportunity to continue to successfully support WIC, as well as develop new, trusted partnerships with select private investors, Indigo Asset Services was launched as an independent asset management firm in 2017.

Suzette J. Timme
President and CEO of Indigo Asset Services
Founded in 2017 as an exclusive operations provider of a closely-held family real estate investment portfolio, Indigo deeply appreciates the complexities of generational transition, real-estate holding entities, finances, and day-to-day asset management. Through considered growth, Indigo proudly serves as Owner Representatives to a curated client portfolio. With a focus on building enduring partnerships with asset-holding families and private real estate entities, Suzette guides the Indigo team in all aspects of asset oversight and management. After completing her education at the College of Charleston, Suzette has spent over 30 years in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to launching Indigo, Suzette was President of Weissberg Corp., overseeing the company’s retail, office, multi-family and industrial portfolio for its investors. Suzette served as Vice President of Asset Management and Leasing for Spectrum Partners and spent 15 years in mall asset management as General Manager of Fashion Centre of Pentagon City with Simon Property Group, Dulles Town Center with Lerner Enterprises and Mazza Gallerie with City Center Retail Trust. She actively participates in industry organizations and mentoring programs and holds several professional designations. She was among the inaugural class of Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX) designees awarded by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in 2013 for executive leadership. She also holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification from Building Owners and Managers Institute, and a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) certification from ICSC. Throughout her career, Suzette has served in a variety of capacities for industry-related boards and institutions including past Commissioner of Economic Development (Arlington, VA), Board member of the Rosslyn Business Improvement District and past President and Board Member, Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE).

Jill C. Wilson
Vice President of Asset Management
Jill focuses on operations oversight and analysis of the company’s diverse portfolio, as well as new client on-boarding. Her primary goal is to identify opportunities to increase property performance and grow the value of the portfolio’s assets by working directly with its brokers, property managers and stakeholders. With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, her early professional career started with shopping center developer Simon Property Group. Property assignments took her from the Midwest to the East Coast, before settling in the DC Metro area as the Director of Mall Marketing for Fashion Centre at Pentagon City. Her experiences in residential real estate with notable agency McEnearney Associates primarily focused on business development and management, as well as client relations and property management. Jill is the Programs Chair for Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE), a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), as well as several other real estate focused associations in the DC Metro area. She is currently pursuing her Real Property Administrator (RPA) certification from Building Owners and Managers Institute. She holds a BA in Marketing from St. Ambrose University.

Tricialyn Guarascio
Vice President of Finance
Bringing over 10 years of accounting experience, Tricialyn oversees all finance, treasury and accounting functions of the company, as well as collaborating with third-party teams and finance professionals to implement the financial strategies of the investment portfolio for Indigo’s clients. She works closely with the Indigo team to ensure the financial objectives for each asset are being met in order to support partnership goals. Over the course of her professional career, Tricialyn has gained comprehensive knowledge in construction, hospitality, real estate development, and public accounting. She graduated from James Madison University with a BBA in Accounting and began her career as an Audit Associate at Reznick Group (currently CohnReznick). After spending four years in public accounting, she relocated to New York City where she worked as an internal auditor in the hotel industry and later as the Controller for a General Contractor/Developer. Since returning to Arlington, Tricialyn has been actively involved in a variety of organizations. Currently, she is a member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and Women in Retail Real Estate (WIRRE). She is also an active member of the District of Columbia Building Industry Association (DCBIA), where she serves as a member of the Young Leaders Committee. Tricialyn is a candidate for the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers Institute.

Wynn K. Hunsaker
Asset Manager
Wynn provides leasing oversight of the portfolio’s office, retail, and industrial assets with the goal of increasing property performance and value. His primary objective is to work with third-party leasing teams and develop financial analysis of prospective deals with respect to asset and overall portfolio cash flow. After graduating from Virginia Tech with a BS in Finance, Wynn began his career in real estate as a Property Manager in Richmond, overseeing a portfolio of multi-family and mixed-use properties where he gained valuable experience in operations, lease administration, and tenant relations. Wynn is a licensed real estate professional and a candidate for the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from Building Owners and Managers Institute. He is also an active member of International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Young Real Estate Professionals (YREP) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), where he serves as a member of the Developing Leaders Committee.

Sasha Rousseau
Accounting Associate
Sasha is responsible for the day-to-day accounting functions of a diverse and busy portfolio of office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties. She also assists with the financial and accounting functions at the partnership level. After graduating from Johns Hopkins University with a double major in English Literature and Writing Seminars, Sasha pursued a career in writing for television in Los Angeles before shifting her focus to the financial and production-oriented aspects of the industry. She began taking courses in economics, business management, and accounting after becoming an on-site manager of a residential property. Sasha returned to her hometown of Alexandria, Virginia in 2013, and entered the Master’s in Public Policy program at Georgetown University to pursue further studies in economics and quantitative analysis. Still drawn toward the private sector, however, Sasha put her studies there on hold to clarify her career objectives. Joining Indigo in 2016, Sasha has found a perfect fit in accounting and has since attained a CSC certificate in Accounting. She is currently studying to sit for the CPA exam.
